On Thursday, November 21st, we're gathering several experts for a panel discussion on how to support the body to prevent or treat common cold and flu viruses.

Our panelists include chiropractor Dr. Tom Pastor, DC, herbalist Kirsten Grohovsky of Apothicare, and a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Brittany Stamer.

Join Apothicare Owner Kirsten Grohovsky for 2 hour workshop on herbal salve making. Kirsten will address the basics of how to make an herbal salve, creating a herbal blend and different oil base options in this hands on workshop. This workshop will focus on making a salve for sore bruised and over worked muscles as we all find ourselves needing that from time to time. We hope that you will leave this workshop with not only a salve to take home but more confidence in making your own herbal preparations specific to you.
